The Beautiful World

God made the world,
Just as beautiful as he made us.
The wind sings,
Like the songs of angels.

Like as if its at world’s peace.

In the morning,

The Best Birthday in My Life!!

Oh, it was the best birthday in my life! Going to the show really made me happy. I was really waiting for this dream to come true and at last, it came. I didn’t regret it. It was wonderful! The best gift my parents had to give me for my birthday. I shall tell to all my friends tomorrow how incredible the show was. They must go for it if they can. They’ll love it I bet. When I think of it again, wow…. I was truly amazed. How I wish I’ll have another chance to go for the movie again. It’s all about how a beautiful girl finally met her prince charming. Ohhhh... How I wish I know who my prince charming is going to be one day? Hmmm... I’m just so lucky I could actually go. Oh, thank you so much daddy. If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t be able to go. I hope, next year, I’ll be able to go for another theater show like this again. Maybe, the latest one! It’ll be great!!!

A Waste of Time

Oh no!! I’ve still got a lot more work undone yet!! I’m dead tomorrow. How could I let myself being giving in to my wife’s orders all the time?? I’m always like that. Since the first day I’m married to her, I’m always giving in to her needs and orders. I know I’ve deprived my own needs, and now I had to take my daughter out for this stupid, boring theater show. You should see it yourself. It was horrible…the most pathetic theater show I’ve ever been to. Sick!! How could people see this kind of show nowadays? There are other better things to do rather than doing this. Especially on a birthday some more!! I mean what other things girls could rather do on a birthday? Going for parties with friends I supposed? Or, going out for a movie? I guess she would have enjoyed more with her friends rather than me unwillingly taking her out. It wasn’t my fault. I just couldn’t stand it while being in that show just now. In my mind, all I’ve been thinking is about my work, and that’s it. Ohhhhhh, how I wish I’ve stayed in my office and finish up all my work. I’ll be more glad and happy doing that.

My Favourite Fiction Character

Many times when we read a novel, there would be at least one character in the novel that we would adore or greatly admire. As for me, i mostly like characters who are sweet, adorable and who has all those positive elements in them. In another word, i like the protagonist characters. Ya, who wouldn't like the protagonists? It's weird if there is anyone who do not actually like the protagonist character, but instead greatly admire the villain of the novel or the antagonist.
From my early reading history and until now, I've read about hundreds of novels and story books. And among all the books I've read, my favourite fiction character that i love the most until now is about a girl with an angelic heart name Jamie, from the story "A Walk to Remember."
Jamie is a character which is so extra ordinary to me. She is one of the main protagonist which has a unique kind of character, with an angelic heart, blend with some "fruit of the spirit" like patience and love for people and also not forgetting her gentle spirit which definitely makes the readers to love her more. In this novel, Jamie is a daughter of the town's baptist minister, and as the daughter of a minister, she has a character which could be said almost perfect and holy. She also always dresses up in a very old fashion and conservative way which is not the usual way of how the other girls dresses there. That is why she is always been mocked and insulted and treated badly. But even though she faces all this, she is always patience and forgive those who insult her.
I was so touched when i read this book. I liked Jamie so much until i was greatly influence by the sweetness of her character. My character tremendously changed after that. I became more patience when someone throw nasty words at me and i also learnt how to forgive people easily. The most important thing is, i adored Jamie because she thought me the meaning of life and that we should not repay evil for evil, but instead repay good for evil.

Comments on High Fidelity!

Overall, it was a great movie in my opinion. I think most of us might have enjoyed the show during class. I think putting movies in class for students to watch and then studying on the movie in terms of the characters and etc is quite an interesting activity to do. This thus makes creative writing classes more interesting and fun.
Not only that, I'm glad that students had made the right choice in wanting to watch this movie, as it is a very unique movie. Not like any other common movies we watch, this movie has a lot of monologue part where the main character talks to himself most of the time as if he was trying to tell us about his thoughts and feelings. Therefore, there are very rare movies such as this.
However, there is only one thing about this movie that has negative elements. This movie has a lot of foul languages used by the characters. Even then, we are ought to omit anything that is negative and only receive the good and positive things about something as a mature student. By doing this only, we can achieve whatever we want to accomplish in life.
Once again, its a great movie, and for those of you who had missed classed that week and that movie, go get it and watch it. It can influence your life greatly!

My reactions and responds while and after watching the movie

The movie "High Fidelity" is one of a great movie to watch. It gives us an insight on the lifestyles and culture of the Westernest, and how they actually long for mutual loyalty from their life partner. I was actually suprised to learn about their moral value and their lifestyle which is so different from us.
While watching the movie, i was quite interested in how the movie first started. Not like any other movies we commonly see, i was stunt with the monologue part of it. The main character was talking to himself and as he did that, it was like as if he was trying to convey to us of what he feels and thinks throughout this whole movie. This movie is also kind of catchy as it catches the viewers (my) attention from the beginning and until the end of the movie.
As some romance and love stories could be quite boring, "High Fidelity" is a very interesting romance story that is not of a stereo-typing love story. As it has been said, it catches my attention, and therefore it is not boring. I could also see every one else was watching it with full of interest.
After watching the movie, i was much more quitter than i was, before the movie. This was because i was very amazed by the whole story line of the movie. and also because i had alot of thinking to do for the response on the movie. I was also amazed that every one around me was also the same, basically much more quiet after the movie than before. Well, guess the movie has proven itself how interesting it was.
Overall, the movie has been of a great influence to me. I was actually happy to have watch the movie as it has given me awareness on fidelity , loyalty and even commitment to the one i love. I realised how complicated a relationship can be if we do not take serius of it and how brokeness and hurts can occur if we take relationships such as this for granted.

Books that were important to me and why.

Most often we hear, many people dislike reading esspecially young teenagers in this fast moving technology and modern world. The thought of reading itself makes them feeling lifeless and boring. Even parents do not have the initiative to cultivate the habit of reading in their children's daily life. Why is this kind of "dislike for books" symptoms been clearly seen existing in many people's life nowadays? This is perhaps not a positive sign, as we are all aware that books are one of the very good tool for gaining knowledge and also improving our language. In another word, books are "food" for the brain. Not like Japan who are very well known for their pleasure in reading, we Malaysians prefer to be like a "couch potato" and munch our favourite tid-bits in front of the television rather than grabbing a book at home. As i have stressed, reading is definitely important and cultivating the habit of reading from young would also help alot in improving our language, writing skills and also knowledge gaining.
When i was in kinder garden, i remembered the first book that i read was the series of "Peter and Jane" from the "Ladybird". That was when i first learned to read. As i grew up, i switched to "Enid Blyton" books in my upper primary. As i grew up a little more older, i read short and simple novels such as "the famous five" and books from "the sweet valleys" in my secondary level. This books were really important to me that time, because it has really gave me alot of ideas and thus helped me improve my writing skills and language. There were also Encyclopedia's that my parents had got me that time which had helped me in gaining and broadening my knowledge esspecially in the Science subjects. Basically, all these books were important to me when i was young because it was the starting point for me to boost up my passion in reading.
However, when i was after my Spm, my taste on the types of books changed tremendously. I was more into books by Nicholas Sparks, Stephen King, Sydney Sheldon and many more. But, out of the many books i've read throughout the years, there is one particular book that is very important and precious to me. The book is entitled " A Walk to Remember" by Nicholas Sparks. This story is about love between a notorious guy and an angelic-hearted girl and how in the later part she has changed his life. The heroin in this story is a daughter of a baptist minister and how her humble and gentle character has changed many even those who had ill-treated her. This novel is very important and meaningful to me because it has even changed my character tremendously. I had become more humble and patient and even learn possessing the spirit of forgiveness ever since i read this novel. There is also another book which is very important to me, which is called "William Shakespeare's complete work" This book was a gift to me from my parents and it is so important to me because it has all the titles of novels by Shakespeare. It has given me the passion to be interested in literature and thus help me to pursue studying literary works more. Without that book, i wouldn't have found my passion in literature.
In my life, i've never been deprived from any books, because when it comes to books and education, my parents will never fail to fulfill my needs. People who do not like reading and thinks that reading is boring, should scrap that thinking out of their mind at once. It's time for them to change their mindset and start cultivating the habit of reading.
